We have a space, apart from the house, that was the deciding factor for us purchasing this property. The moment we saw the backyard workshop during the walk-through with our realtor, we both immediately looked at each other and said "This is it!" Unfortunately, this was the last space to get situated.
Now that it is situated, we are having GREAT FUN in this space: fixing cars, doing craft projects, BBQ-ing, tinkering and anything else that can be done in a giant workshop.
